Shipping Policies

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days, unless you specified UPS-Next Day or UPS-2 Day when you ordered. Orders may take 24 hours to process once you have made your purchase. We do not ship on Mondays.  Please note that oversized or heavy items (e.g. furniture) are for pick-up only and cannot be shipped.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?

  • For orders that are shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. We may ship to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses, but special shipping charges will apply.  For orders that are shipped via USPS a P.O. Box is an acceptable mailing address.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

  • Yes! When you place your order, just tell us the address you want to ship your merchandise to. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any orders shipped via UPS.

How are shipping charges calculated?

  • Shipping charges are calculated according to the total amount of an order before taxes (where applicable). Any purchase under $150.00 (per shipping address) is charged a flat fee of $7.50 for shipping. Any order of 150.00 or over (per shipping address) is not charged a shipping fee. Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our Home page and gift pages of our web site.

What data we collect and how we use the data

  • When ordering a gift online, we collect the following personally identifiable information:

    Name
    Address
    Email address
    Phone number
    Credit/Debit Card information

    We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We DO NOT rent, lease sell or share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We may use our collected data internally to improve our site. Once your order has been completed, we only maintain your name and email address.

    We may use our collected data internally to improve our site. This data is used on an aggregate basis and is not kept in a personally identifiable form. Our main goal is to better serve our customers' gift needs, and focus 100% of our efforts towards this.

    We will also use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. Finally, we never use, share or maintain the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
